SUMMER CAMP 2019

ARE YOU READY!

I'm about to contact all summer camp families about the following important items. If you let me know the answers you can save me a phone call!

1) Have you looked at the Packing List to determine anything your Scout needs to get?

2) Is there anything on the Packing List your Scout needs to borrow from someone else? Please be specific.

3) If your Scout is below First Class rank he is required to bring his PACKED bag(s) for inspection THIS WEDNESDAY. Do not wear any uniform at all. We will be checking for necessary items, names on belongings.

4) If you would like to pre-treat campers' clothing with the 6-week repellant Permethrin, I can deliver a small spray bottle to you on Tuesday which you can use to treat them. Or you can pick up a bottle on Wed, but you'll have to unpack.

5) Do we have your Scout's current medical form, parts A, B, B, and C?

6) Can you please photocopy or take a photo of the front and back of your Scout's medical card. We need that too.

7) Does your Scout know what prerequisites he needs for his badge(s)? They are listed on the schedule sheet in the packet you received. You and he may have to look it up online.

8) Have you filled out the other waivers and permission forms included in the packet?
